Ingredients:

Chicken – 1

Red Chili – 1 tbsp

Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

Salt – As per taste

Coriander Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Cumin Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Tandurii Masala – 1tbsp

Tikkah Masala – 1tbsp 

Food Color – 1/4 tsp

Vinegar – 2 tbsp

Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp

Yogurt – 5 tbsp

 

Procedure:

Step #01

Clean the chicken and make cuts on it. As shown in picture.

Step# 02

Add all the ingredients mentioned below in the yogurt. And make the marination mixture as shown.

 

 

Step # 03

Put the chicken in the marinated mixture for about 4 to 5 hours. More the chicken rest in marination  more the taste it would get. Then place it in the preheated oven at temperature 240 C. When water of chicken dry up slow down the temperature as per your requirement.  

 

 

Step # 04

After few time apply butter on chicken as shown in picture.

 

 

Step # 05

When chicken become cooked. Serve it in platter.
