Ingredients

 

  • 5 Normal size onions
  • Garlic inger paste
  • 5 tomatoes normal size
  • Black peppar 1/2 tsp
  • Red chillies 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tikkah masala 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • 2 chicken
  • Yougurt 1 cup

 

Procedure:

Fry the chopped onions until become light golden and add the ginger garlic paste in it.

 

Now add chicken and fry until it becomes golden. Add salt to taste in it at this stage to avoid any stickiness.

 

 

 

Add little water to give some sparkle and start adding red chillies, black pepper,coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder one by one.

Then add tomatoes paste in it. Add kasoori methi and tikkah masala also to add taste in it. Our chicken will looks like this -> 🙂

Add yogurt and roast chicken for few minutes. Then add little water to cook the chicken and place the lid on the krahi for about 20 minutes. After that add garam masala.

Your yummiest chicken karahi is ready to serve.

Garnish some green coriander and ginger to add more beauty.
