Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp kashmiri tea
  • 3 inch cinnamon sticks
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp white soda
  • 1 star anise
  • 5 to 6 cardamom
  • milk
  • almonds and pistachio

 

Step # 01

Take two cups of water and add Kashmiri chai, cinnamon stick, salt, white soda, star anise and cardamom. Cover the saucepan and let it boil for 30  mins on low flame.

After 30 mins add 1 cup of cold water in that gawa and beat it until it becomes frothy. Now your gawa is ready.

 

Step # 02

Now take equal amount of gawa and milk and cook it for about 5 minutes. Add sugar or salt as per your choice and sprinkle some almonds and pistachio. 

Your tea is ready to serve. 🙂
